Wedding Invitations

Hello there...

Invitations...it's all about the invitations. We finally decided on the style of invitations that we are going with, and I couldn't be more excited. I will be making them by hand, and I'm so anxious to get them started :). I have cut them all out to size except for the outer part of it. I don't want to post any pictures of the finish product cause I want all of our guests to be surprised when they see them in the mail, so I have taken some pictures of all of the material of the invitations then once they receive it, they can see the finished product!

Bridal Shower

I'm a little behind on my updates on the wedding status. FMIL has booked the hall for our my bridal shower. When we originally talked, we were looking for a Friday evening cocktail style. However, because we were looking at having it in June of 2011, we are then into high school prom season, therefore we will be beside a group of teenagers, which isn't a good idea. The shower has been booked for Sunday June 12th, 2o11.

Which brings me to the pictures below. Thanks to some little hands (from my MOH's little ones) we were able to complete our bridal shower invitations. It was a productive weekend at mom and dad's.

Invitation Ideas

We ordered the paper for our wedding invitations, and it was so exciting. Just have to get Dave on board the excitement wagon! Mind you, there's enough of it from me for the both of us.

This one here I wanted to use for wording, cause I was having some trouble on that part.
